Siena Court will offer its clients the opportunity to live independently in a safe environment where professional support is on-hand and social inclusion is championed. We have successfully nurtured those facing extremely challenging and complex needs to reach their potential and live fulfilling and rewarding lives.

We work with each client and their families to create an individual programme containing day to day activities from promoting personal care and hygiene, encouraging socialisation and integration into the community to help with personal finance and budgeting. Clients enjoy a range of positive activities/experiences which encourage engagement and enable them to live in an environment where they can grow and flourish. We support clients to live a healthy lifestyle and maximise their wellbeing.

who is this service for?

People accessing this service will have a learning disability and or/autism and may have mental health conditions, a personality disorder, they many display challenging behaviour or have complex physical health issues such as epilepsy which requires specialist care.
